  • It also contains fructose sugar and dietary fiber, and thus provides all the important functions that these nutrients provide in the body. 
  • In addition to the traditional nutrients, strawberries contain phytochemical compounds that are found mainly as phenol compounds and which have made them functional food, as these compounds gave strawberries: 
- Its anti-inflammatory properties. 

- Anti-oxidant. 
- And low blood lipids (lipid). 
- Anti-bacterial, anti-allergic, and antihypertensive . 
- And resistance to the multiplication of cancer cells.
